I found this hotel to be quite a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was convenient, with various restaurants nearby and close to the business area we needed to reach. The service was friendly and responsive, especially the receptionist who promptly addressed our issues. However, there were noticeable drawbacks like the noisy environment due to road traffic and the less-than-welcoming attitude towards guests lingering in the lobby without actively drinking. It served its purpose for a stopover during our journey, but there are some key areas that could use improvement.
The hotel had both positive and negative points to consider. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the outdated decor made them feel somewhat worn and unclean. Making online reservations was a challenging experience, as I did not receive the room I initially booked. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and trustworthy, even ensuring the safety of my belongings. The service was attentive and polite, meeting my needs without prompt. The hotel's location was convenient for various purposes, including dining options and easy access to specific businesses. However, the surrounding area was filled with unappealing chain establishments. The dining experience, while generally good, faced some issues like malfunctioning equipment. Despite these downsides, the hotel offers various facilities to enhance the stay.

The service was excellent, with friendly and trustworthy staff. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, but the surroundings were not very appealing. The dining experience was nice, but the order-only breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
